Home Buyers

Buy with confidence!

We all know we can get emotionally attached to a home that we can picture ourselves in. We imagine the celebrations, family gatherings, and memories that can be made in each space while walking through a potential home. Getting a home inspection will provide an unbiased and unemotional look at your future homes. We want to help you buy with confidence!

Another advantage of having a home inspection performed before you buy is the power it might give you to negotiate a lower price. If a home you’re really interested in is on the edge of your price range, information gathered during the home inspection may give you the bargaining power to talk down the price.

In the end the most important reason to have a home inspection before you buy is to really know what you’re buying. The more you know, the fewer surprises there will be down the road. Think of a home inspection as a Google review for your home. Home inspectors can help you make a decision based on your current budget as well as your future time and money investment.

Your home is your biggest investment.

A home inspection provides a precise report of a home’s overall status that will empower you as a home buyer to purchase with confidence.

Buy Back Guarantee

All of our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors®. This training provided by InterNACHI® — the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors — enables us to offer our clients an InterNACHI’s Buy-Back Guarantee.

The terms are simple:

If we miss anything on the inspection, per InterNACHI’s Residential Standards of Practice, InterNACHI® will buy the home.

Here’s the “fine print”:

• If we miss anything in our inspection covered by InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice, the client’s home may be eligible for the Buy-Back Guarantee;
• A home with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, per InterNACHI’s Residential Standards of Practice, is not eligible for buy-back;
• A home with issues not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice, does not qualify for buy-back;
• This Guarantee applies to the client’s primary residence only;
• The home must be re-listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent (you);
• The Guarantee may be honored for 90 days after closing;
• The inspection must be performed by an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® already participating in the Buy-Back Program; and
• InterNACHI® will pay your client the purchase price, but the client is responsible for any applicable fees or real estate agent commissions.
